ABOUT THE WOW CHALLENGE

We tend to focus most of our attention on the things we want and on the things we need to either do
more or less of. We spend little time looking at how we are being
- our state of existence. How we are being strongly shapes the way we experience life.

What if we paused to assess the areas of our life that need improvement? What if focusing first on how
we are being could lead to new behaviours and ultimately lead to a more fulfilled life.

1. WHAT YOU CURRENTLY HAVE THAT'S NOT WORKING

Choose a goal that is unfulfilled or an area of your life where there is room for improvement.

2. THE ACTIONS YOU ARE DOING / NOT DOING

List what you are doing/not doing that is contributing to what you currently have.

3. YOUR WAY OF BEING

How are you being as a result of what you are doing and not doing?

4. CREATE POSSIBILITY – WHAT’S YOUR NEW WAY OF BEING

Looking at how you are being, what new way of being becomes possible?
Now make a wish for a new way of BEING.
